Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered nationwide in 2–4 working days. You will receive a tracking number by SMS and email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Cost

Free delivery on all orders above Rs.3,600. Orders below that ship at a flat Rs.250 anywhere in Pakistan.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on all orders. Please keep the exact amount ready, our courier partners cannot always provide change.

7-Day Easy Returns

Not feeling the fit? You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all original tags attached.

Size Exchange

Size exchanges are free, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number and the size you need, and we will arrange a pickup.

Refunds

Once your return passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days via the original payment method, or as store credit for COD orders.

What We Collect

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, contact details, and delivery address. Payment details are processed securely by our payment partners and never stored by us.

How We Use It

Your information is used for order fulfilment, delivery updates, and, only if you opt in, early access to new drops. We never sell your data to third parties.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us through Instagram or email.

Limited Drops

Every chapter is a limited release. Once a drop sells out it will not be restocked, all sales during a drop are subject to stock availability at time of payment.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
