Exchange Conditions

  • Item must be in original packaging with all tags attached
  • No stains, odors, or signs of use/washing
  • Regular-priced items exchanged during sales will be adjusted to sale price
  • No refunds on sale/discounted items
  • Elzari's decision on all exchanges is final
  • Color/texture variations due to screen differences don't qualify
  • One exchange per item allowed
  • Exchanges only within same product category (size/stock dependent)

Verification

Our team will confirm eligibility and provide an Exchange Reference Number.

Return Process

Courier the item (with original receipt & reference number) to our warehouse.

Note: Elzari is not liable for return shipping charges (both ends) and also for damage/loss. Use a reputable courier.

Exchange Completion

After quality inspection, we'll dispatch your replacement.

Customer bears all return shipping costs.
