Yes. Elzari offers cash on delivery across Pakistan, plus card and bank transfer payments.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched from Karachi within 1 to 2 working days and delivered nationwide in 2 to 4 working days.
How much is delivery, and is it ever free?
Delivery is free on orders above Rs.3,000; below that, standard nationwide rates apply.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Yes. Every order comes with our 30-Day Money-Back Promise: return any item within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with tags on, for a full refund of the item price, sale items included. Just message us on WhatsApp at +92 320 1677940 to start, and the refund goes to your bank account. Delivery charges aren't refundable.
How do Elzari sizes run?
Most pieces have an oversized fit: order your usual size for the baggy look shown on the model. The note under the size buttons shows the fit and, where listed, the model's height and size, and every product page has a size chart.
